TIP NO. 33 – SHAPING UP.
As a reminder and incentive to lose the few pounds you might have gained over the winter months, I suggest you wear the ‘smaller clothes’ in your wardrobe.
I know from my own experience and from looking at my client’s wardrobes that we all have clothes that accommodate a few extra pounds – and then we have our ‘ideal weight clothes’ which we ignore when they hug us too tightly.
Now is the time to get out the latter and start wearing them, because nothing helps you keep your appetite in check as much as a tight waistband. If it pinches long and hard enough, you will eat less and soon fit into it comfortable.
